Classroom Procedures and Expectations
Procedures
Be on time. Enter the Classroom, Get your folder, and begin your work. Do not go into the kitchen area of the classroom unless the teacher gives you permission.
Raise your hand. Do not blurt out.
Keep your hands, feet, objects and mean spirited comments to yourself.
Do not eat, drink, chew gum , eat candy, or groom yourself in this classroom.
You must have a bathroom pass to use the restroom. You must sign out and in.
Use your time and materials wisely.
Consequences for Not Following the Rules
First Step-- A verbal warning
Second Step-- A verbal warning and conduct points taken, Parent contacted
Third Step— Removal from the class activity, loss of points on that activity,
conduct points taken, and Parent contacted
Fourth Step—Classroom Detention, Courtesy Questionnaire, conduct points
taken, and parent contacted
Any Offense after this will receive an office referral and 50 conduct points will be taken.
The only exception to the above steps are behaviors that require an immediate office referral.
